WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES.

As the preliminary exhibition enables buyers to appreciate the condition of the lot offered for sale, as well as the numerous photographs posted online, no claims will be accepted after the auction.

As the condition report is not included in the item description, it is up to the bidder to request it by e-mail.

The request for any telephone line implies that the buyer accepts the low estimate (minimum €100) and the general conditions of sale.

The deposit taken from buyers will be retained in the event of non-payment of the slip.

As part of the control procedures required by the French government to combat money laundering, the buyer may be asked to complete an information form.

If the name on the slip does not correspond to the name of the person paying, the firm will make a declaration to Tracfin. If it's a company, we need to know and have the supporting documents between the person who bought and the company that pays. "

Any auction slip that remains unpaid at the APONEM auction house, or that has been the subject of a delay in payment, is liable to be registered in the TEMIS File".

"The APONEM auction house uses the TEMIS platform, operated by Commissaires-Priseurs Multimédia, to manage the collection of unpaid Bordereaux. Within this framework, in the event of late payment, personal data relating to bidders or their representatives (in particular the identity and contact details of bidders, information relating to the sale, sales slips) may be communicated to CPM for the purposes of out-of-court debt collection management. CPM acts as a processor within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016)."

Custodial charges after the one-week period.
