GÉRARD TITUS-CARMEL (1942) - Lot 75
GÉRARD TITUS-CARMEL (1942) Untitled (sphere), 1972 Etching on paper Signed lower right, dated 72 and numbered 3/50 lower left 76 x 56.5 cm (sheet) Note : - Gérard Titus-Carmel's work unfolds between drawing, painting and writing, in a constant tension between form and erasure. Since the 1970s, he has been building up a meticulous visual language, often in series, in which the motif is slowly transformed, as if in an organic process. His art questions the visible, the fragile, the trace - with an almost meditative rigor. Please ask for condition reports before the sale: they are not included in the listing.
