Historically located in the heart of the old town of Riquewihr in the Maison du Cerf, Maison DOPFF had to find a place to grow. So Gustave-Julien moved out of the city walls to the Lieu-Dit "Au Moulin". Since 1925, it has been anchored on this mythical site, at the foot of the majestic and renowned Schoenenbourg, one of Alsace's 51 Grands Crus).
