in tortoiseshell and bone, the enamelled dial with Roman numerals is encircled by a guilloché border in gilded bronze. It stands on a full base with four flat feet decorated with flower borders and a bone figure, and topped by an architectural pediment decorated with flower borders and a bone figure.
