CHINA - 17th century Rhinoceros horn libation cup carved with seated and flying herons, flowers and lotus leaves and sagittarius with an arrow leaf, the interior carved with two fish facing each other. (Accidents, lacks, chips, cracks, chips) H. 7,2 cm L. 14 cm Gross weight : 263,3 gr Probably German and later silver mounting with two handles in the shape of grotesques. This object is made of a Rhinoceros horn classified in Annex I of the Washington Convention and in Annex A of the European Community Regulation 338/97 of 09/12/1996. In view of its age, this specimen is much older than June 1st 1947. A declaration has been made to the concerned services. The identity of the successful bidder will be transmitted to the service.
